Order Policy
Delivery times
Where delivery is offered, we deliver to a restricted area based on our store location
Any delivery times quoted are estimates, and are subject to traffic and other conditions beyond our control
Delivery may be withdrawn or refused at any time
Hours available for delivery are less than our trading hours
Payment
Delivery drivers carry up to £10 in change, Pease try and have correct payment if at all possible. Payment is only accepted in UK Pounds Sterling
Where any order has not been pre-paid, only cash is accepted on delivery
We use Paymentsense for online Credit Card processing; all online card transactions are managed over secure connections managed by Payment Sense. We do not have any access or store any credit card details
Ordering and Refund Policy
Your order is binding. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact the store via phone as soon as possible. Amendments are not always possible and are at the manager discretion
Cancellations will be charged in full if the order has already been cooked. Please contact the store for more information
Products
All products are subject to availability. If any item is out-of-stock the store manager will contact you and offer an alternative
Minimum order values may apply for delivery, credit card use, and for online ordering
Some products may contain nuts, gluten, and other ingredients which some people are allergic to. There is risk that any of our products may contain traces of these. If you suffer from any food allergens, please contact the store before placing any order
Any images used on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Individual features such as ingredients, colour and other food / drink items may vary
Personal information
We hold your name and any contact details supplied by you - along with your order history on our systems in order to provide our services. You agree to us holding this information and using it to provide you with services or offers.
We do not hold credit card or bank details, and any password used on our online system are always encrypted.
